Not a lot of stitching to show, I am still busy working on my PIF piece, which should be completed in the next few days and I have my LHN Exchange piece to start on too.
I decided to take redundancy from work and they have offered me a nice “pay off”, it is strange really as I really didn't want to go back but thought I should, so by doing it this way they have had to pay me to go…if I had said I wasn’t going back then I wouldn’t have received a penny from them…ironic really!! I can now take the summer holidays off and then decide what to do in September whether to find a little job or be a SAHM for a couple of years. I have seen a couple of adult education courses in upholstery and soft furnishings so I may enrol on those to improve my skills and maybe consider doing it as a work from home option.I’ll keep you posted.
Isaac is not a well little chap, I got a call from school yesterday lunchtime to tell me he had been sick so we went to collect him and he sleep all afternoon and all last night..he is still not right this morning, he is sipping water but couldn’t face the dry toast I gave him, he says he is so tired, so he is having a nap again now. He was supposed to be going to Daddy’s this weekend but Daddy said to let him rest today and he hopes to see him and Martha tomorrow, maybe not tale them out just come and visit here for a while if he is still not 100%.
Wishing all my friends from “over the pond” a very Happy 4th July!!
Hugs & Stitches

Get Well {hugs} for Isaac
Oh poor Isaac - hope he feels much better soon (((((hugs))))). Sounds like things worked out for the best with the job, then - enjoy whatever the future brings. :0)
Elisa - hope Issac is feeling better now. Nothing worse when they are poorly. Good news on the job front and it makes sense for you. Like the idea of working from home. With your skills you could walk it!
