Travelling Stitcher Arrived

Thread Bear had a spare so contacted me, I received my lovely chartpack and threads today. A big thanks to all you lovely ladies who offered to send me theirs until mine arrived or offered to buy me one on Saturday at the NEC. It amazes me how kind everyone is....all our hearts must ne stitched together eh!!

The All Clear

Just a quick stop to let you know that I got the all clear on my biopsy yesterday, what a weight lifted, I wasn't aware how much until I received the results.

It's My Blogoversary Today....

and to celebrate I am doing a little giveaway on this post, which will include one of the hand stitched items I have made in 2008 plus a few little extras....if you would like to be entered into this draw please leave a comment on this post....I will make the draw on New Years Eve.

I can't believe I have been blogging for a year, alot has happened in 2008 as most of you who follow this blog will know. I have made so many new friends who have helped me so much with their words and messages of support, advice and love through my difficult months and also when my little pink angel arrived!! I honestly don't know how I would have got through the past 7 months without friends, stitching and of course the famous chocolate. I wish I could send you all a gift. But I truely mean it when I say a heartfelt thank you to you all.

I have some progress pictures and some exchanges to share which will follow at a later time.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your families a Peaceful Christmas and a Healthy and Happy 2009...I am positive that my 2009 is going to be GREAT...but more on that in another post.
